Shipping Methods

AUTOPARTSFREAK.COM uses a combination of shipping methods which include FedEx, UPS and Purolator. We choose the shipping carrier which will guarantee the fastest delivery based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

AUTOPARTSFREAK.COM ships from multiple auto part warehouses throughout the Canada. We automatically choose the closest warehouse to your location that has the part you ordered available and in stock. Ground shipping is always discounted with your order size.

The more you buy, the less shipping you pay.

Ground 1 - 8 Business Days (most orders 1-2 days)
2nd Day 2-3 Business Days
Next Day Next Business Day (for orders placed before 1:00pm EST, 2 Business Days for orders placed after 1:00pm EST.)

Currently we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Order Cancellations

Any order can be cancelled without any fees within 24 hours following the purchase. However, AUTOPARTSFREAK.COM may apply cancellation costs if the items ordered are on transit. Moreover, all prices listed on the website and suggested by our technicians can be modified without prior notice. AUTOPARTSFREAK.COM can also cancel an order if the part(s) is/are not available. If this is the case, a technician will contact the client within 24 hours after the purchase. Finally, AUTOPARTSFREAK.COM can cancel an order if there are any extra costs that the client refuses to take.

Core Return

When you purchase a remanufactured part, you may have the option of returning your old part or "core" for a credit. You will be notified as to whether a core credit is available for the part you are purchasing during the checkout process. If it is, simply log into Your Account and click on the "Return Items" link. Then select your order and choose the parts you wish to return.

Please note that :

  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.

Order Status

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. You may also check the status of your order at any time by logging into Your Account and selecting the order you wish to track.

Refund

We will issue a refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. The refund will take place within the fourteen days following the reception of the returned parts. If the item was purchased with a credit card, the refund will directly be given on this same credit card and an email with a refund receipt. For any other payment method (cash or transfers), a cheque will be sent to the billing address. Applicable tax will be refunded as well.

Items incorrectly shipped to AUTOPARTSFREAK.COM .COM will not be returned. Items not purchased from AUTOPARTSFREAK.COM .COM will not be accepted.
