Returns

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.


However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation

The following orders are not returnable:

  • Custom or special orders
  • Automotive repair manuals
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc)

Return Process

After treating your refund request (Return formula is at the bottom of the page), a confirmation mail will be sent to you. The sending must be attached to a tracking number so that it is possible to find the package at any time. You can send the package by Fedex, Purolator, Dicom, UPS or Post Canada but C.O.D. shipping will not be accepted. It is also very important to fill the return sheet (attached to your official bill) and include it in the package. The return address is 3750 Pascal-Gagnon, Terrebonne, Qc, J6X 4J2

Refund

We will issue a refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. The refund will take place within the fourteen days following the reception of the returned parts. If the item was purchased with a credit card, the refund will directly be given on this same credit card and an email with a refund receipt. For any other payment method (cash or transfers), a cheque will be sent to the billing address. Applicable tax will be refunded as well.

Items incorrectly shipped to AUTOPARTSFREAK.COM will not be returned. Items not purchased from AUTOPARTSFREAK.COM will not be accepted.

Core Returns

If you wish to return a core, please create a return request by selecting the Return Request option at the bottom of this page or log in to your account.

Please note that :

  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.

Damaged Products

If your product has been damaged in shipment, please complete our form at Returns within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing your claim.

Labor

We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.

Warranties

AUTOPARTSFREAK.COM guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please visit our returns form for more information. AutoPartsFreak offers you all the manufacturers and suppliers' warranties. These warrantise are valid for the selected parts only and the presentation of the receipt is required. Any extra cost caused by the product's defects will not be the responsability of AutoPartsFreak.

Order cancellations and Selling terms

Any order can be cancelled without any fees within 24 hours following the purchase. However, AutoPartsFreak may apply cancellation costs if the items ordered are on transit. Moreover, all prices listed on the website and suggested by our technicians can be modified without prior notice. AutoPartsFreak can also cancel an order if the part(s) is/are not available. If this is the case, a technician will contact the client within 24 hours after the purchase. Finally, AutoPartsFreak can cancel an order if there are any extra costs that the client refuses to take.
